Editorial accountability

Trust comes from evidence, not a badge.

Each public entry must show what it is, why it is public, when it changed, and how to raise a concern.

01

Origin must be named

Every entry is labeled as demonstration content or a verified lived experience.

02

Permission is specific

Public permission for a lived experience applies only to the reviewed version for public web and search.

03

Review leaves a record

The entry shows when editorial approval was recorded without implying checks the data cannot prove.

04

Changes remain visible

Published and updated dates appear with the entry. Material corrections should carry a plain-language notice.
