Safety and real-world support

A journal can stay near. It cannot keep you safe.

FeelPal offers recognition and private witnessing. When a situation is urgent, dangerous, or overwhelming, support should move beyond this website and toward a real person or service.

01

Know the limit

FeelPal does not monitor visitors, provide emergency response, or know when someone needs immediate help. A witness action is not a request for professional support.

02

Choose human contact

Consider contacting someone you trust, a licensed professional, a local crisis service, or emergency services. If speaking is difficult, showing someone what you are reading can be a first step.

03

Protect your privacy

Do not use public journeys to identify, contact, or investigate the person behind them. If an experience reveals identifying or unsafe information, stop sharing it and report it to the FeelPal team when a verified contact channel is available.
